Chocolove

I love dark chocolate, but my taste is decidedly on the lesser side of 79 per cent cacao, with the range of whatever the percentage of dark chocolate M&Ms to 72 per cent. So, this Chocolove Dark Chocolate 55 % cocoa content is right in my wheelhouse. I tasted it at room temp and it was rich and creamy, nearly perfect. A bit more richness perhaps, but overall, a fine chocolate. It's in the fridge now and I'll see later how it tastes cold.
