Spammed Again

This bit of spam commenting is one of the more entertaining bits of nonsense I've gotten lately.

I really have no idea what this means. A dating service, perhaps? The fractured English seems more fractured than usual.

Spent the day with a friend taking photos of water lilies and daylilies at the NY Botanical Garden today. So many pretty flowers.

But we really went to see the giant head sculptures made out of fruits and vegetables. Here's one.

Bean Good to Know Ya

A visit to the Bronx Botanical Garden was marred by rain, so my friend and I stayed indoors, strolling through the conservatory, where we got to see, among other wonderful plants, a cacao tree, complete with pod still attached. We got to taste a bit of 70 percent cacao chocolate and learned a bit about the health benefits of high content cacao chocolate. It's no surprise that white chocolate and milk chocolate have no health benefits compared to dark chocolate, and for dark chocolate, the higher the cacao content, the better. It was fun to see a pod still hanging on a cacao tree, as well as the inside of a pod. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good closeup lens on my camera, so the photo of the pod interior is a bit blurry.
