Had brunch with a friend today at Caffe Martier in Manhattan. It was an odd little place. Half cafe, half boutique, although it said spa outside, but there weren't any tables in the cafe half, so we sat in the boutique, among racks of clothes. Very odd.
The food, however, was divine. I had a round Belgian waffle stuffed with chocolate chips, with butter and syrup. Yum.
