Library Laughs

Evidence that there are people who don't listen.

My first two reference calls at work started thusly:

1.
Me: (name of) Library, how may I help you?
Him: Yes, I'd like to make a doctor's appointment.

2.
Me: (name of) Library, how may I help you?
Her: This isn't the library?

Yup. One of those days.
