Therapy Day

Had my first physical therapy session on my shoulder today. Therapist thinks I'm getting tendonitis in my elbow, too, which would explain the pain there. I got some exercises to do at home and I go back on Friday.

Weather has been gorgeous, with vibrant sunsets. Feels like spring, actually. I love this weather. Wish I could enjoy it instead of going to work. Nice, long walks to burn off the calories I've been consuming this summer would be nice. Haven't been to the gym since I fell. Getting lazy, gained weight, not happy. Wish I could do the summer over. Minus falling, of course.
