Shoulder Update
Doctor called with MRI results. No tear, which surprised him. Just a really bad bruise of the bone. Should heal in about 8 weeks. He described a gentle exercise I can do til I see him in 2 weeks.
Went to a concert tonight (now last night, I guess) and didn't get hurt this time. More about it tomorrow (tonight?).
