Portrait of an Egg Cream

The Making of a Chocolate Egg Cream I've blogged about this yummy beverage; here's what it looks like, with an old-fashioned seltzer bottle, the only way to make one. Club soda or seltzer in the twist cap bottles is not the same thing at all. Chocolate egg creams are made with a bit of milk, chocolate syrup, and seltzer. This is from my lunch.
