Updating for Dummies

We're so short-staffed this summer, they actually okay'ed overtime for us. I'm working 5 hours OT on my free day tomorrow, so it's nearly a 6-day week for me. Work has been so busy, I just want to catch up with the monthly stats, August schedules, and reader requests tomorrow.

David Wright (NY Mets!) has made his team and city proud. And his family, too. One of the Fox broadcasters just interviewed his father in the stands. David not only came in second in last night's home run derby, he also hit a game tying home run on his first at-bat during tonight's All-Star game. It's too bad Jose Reyes couldn't play (he had stitches in a cut finger). He's just electric on the bases.

I think my eBay buying has finally slowed down. Unless I find something else cool I can buy on it. Been selling stuff, too, including extra dollhouse miniatures I don't need.

I made a LiveJournal community for Mal and his fellow action figures. Don't remember if I posted about it here, but if anyone wants to take a look or subscribe to the feed, it's called The MalContents.

Finally tried some Dove dark chocolate pieces, but wasn't all that thrilled with it. I like Hershey's dark chocolate Kisses more.

I seriously don't think there's anything better than a nice chunk of plain Hershey's chocolate.
