Is it Friday Yet?

From the Random Thinking Department:

This week is going too slowly. And considering it felt like Monday most of today because I was off yesterday, that's saying a lot.

Mets lost tonight with their best pitcher, Pedro Martinez, on the mound. Argh!

Rain's back tomorrow.

For every project I complete, I find two more that I need to do.

The dark chocolate covered egg matzoh is much yummier than I had thought it would be.

If folks who often commented on your blog stop commenting, does that mean they stopped reading, too?

Long blog entry titles make for some very long permalink URLs.

Some AOL journalers are getting worried about how AOL is following up on TOS complaints. One blog got deleted, against policy (the journaler is supposed to be given time to remove the offensive post, link, pic, whatever), and some others are creating mirror journals, including here on Blogger. While I don't post porn or hate material and don't want to, I didn't want to journal where I have to watch what I say all the time, so I currently only photoblog on AOL (where I have lots of ftp space). Lessons for folks to learn: AOL TOS is rather restrictive and it's always a good idea to back up what you don't want to lose. If Cyber Chocolate, Jr. ever reaches 10,000 hits, I'll probably delete it. Or maybe I'll delete it when this blog turns 1 year old. But I'm sure glad I decided to start LJ and Blogger blogs last year.

In my case, the answer is "sort of." I just read through 38 posts here on CC - everything that has accumulated since the weekend before my surgery. I am slowly whittling away at nearly 2600 entries on the 150+ blogs I follow semi-regularly, now that I can mouse around again, and hunt and peck to comment.
