Jacques Torres is one of my favorite chocolatiers, and every year, I can count on their stores having chocolate covered Peeps for Halloween. I meant to post this on Halloween, but forgot, mostly because I went to the World Series for Halloween and pretty much had baseball on my mind all last weekend. At this point, I might as well just admit this isn't a daily blog, anymore, but I do strive for weekly postings. I just don't always succeed.
