It's Shrove Tuesday, aka Pancake Day. Not something I normally celebrate, but I was craving pancakes, so I made some. From a mix. The leftover is in the fridge. I'll add chocolate chips tomorrow.

Interesting - maple syrup! How American. In England they are always eaten with a sprinkling of sugar and lemon juice.
