Raaka Chocolate is amazing. I don't recall if I posted about them before. I sampled the sea salt dark chocolate at their kiosk at the annual holiday shopping outdoor mall at Bryant Park a few weeks ago (while my PC was dying) and had to buy a bar. I love how the salesguy packed it in a mesh bag. The chocolate was rich and smooth with just the right amount of saltiness. Yum.
