Cupcakes


Made some chocolate cupcakes from a mix today, then got lazy and dumped the rest of the batter into a loaf pan. Duncan Hines Chocolate Fudge mix and Pillsbury ready-made icing. Yum.

The loaf is in the fridge, un-iced. I'll do that once the cupcakes are all eaten.

    Yummy! I've never tried the Pillsbury ready-made icing. Must look out for it at the grocery store. :)

      Back when I was single and living by myself and had not much money, I'd keep a container of frosting in the fridge and when I needed some chocolate, I'd eat a spoon of it. A container could last a while that way and was cost effective. I do love Pillsbury icing. :)
