Work goes very quickly when you're too busy to catch your breath.
My laptop is dying. I've been checking out the new ones at Best Buy. Anyone have a Toshiba laptop? How good are they? The guy in the store really liked the latest model. Of course, this means Vista is in my future, and no, I don't plan to go the iMac route.

My last two laptops were Toshibas. Generally, I like them a lot. Although, this last one had problems with the fan and running videos but I bought it as an off the shelf item and I think the original owner jacked it up some how.
ReplyDeleteI finally have a new 'puter though. I went for a desk top this time. So far so good with the Vista but I am just-just getting started. I haven't transferred data or set up my printer. Heck, I don't think I have my monitor set up right yet.
I hate messing with this stuff.
Anyhow...just wanted to say hi and offer my two cents...more like five for all that I wrote. :-)
Thanks for the input, Robbie. I'll need to replace my desktop by the end of the year. The fan is going and it's been cranky pretty much since I got it nearly 4 years ago. But I need to replace the laptop first, before my vacation next month.
