Long Time, No Linkies

I try to post fun links I find and sometimes, something informative, and whenever possible, chocolicious. But there's just so many hours in the day (just 24, hardly seems like enough), so I don't always check the link blogs and others carefully for things to share here. So, if you're really into this stuff, be sure to check the blogs under Web Surfing in my blogroll (y'know, that incredibly long list in my sidebar). Today's batch, though, includes links I found on other blogs.

For folks who like their news weird, try Backstage at Newza de Weird. I had to get off the site before I killed a whole day there. Definitely fascinating, if you don't mind a fair amount of perversity. Found this on a library blog, but couldn't find the actual item they were referring to.
