On the Upswing

Yesterday, while I was at work, we got a new A/C for the bedroom, and the dead outlets in the bedroom and kitchen were fixed. Coolness for sleeping and toaster oven activity have both resumed. Last night, I had the best sleep I've had in a week.

Today, I cleaned the bathroom, swapped out old toilet seat for new one I got on eBay (truly a wondrous website), got some new action figures yesterday, and the Mets crushed swept the Atlanta Braves. Read some comics, got started on scanning the last batch of old photos (the family and friends ones that won't be uploaded to flickr), and had an amazingly yummy chocolate malted for lunch. Quite the nice one-day weekend.
