Fall in the Summer

I was walking home from the subway when, while trying to cross the street, I stepped on a twig and lost my balance. My left hand caught the most damage with a scraped palm. I'll probably have a bruise on my left shin, but otherwise, I'm okay. I actually found myself considering taking a photo of my shredded skin, but then realized how awkward it would be to take the photo one-handed. And I don't want to be that kind of blogger. I don't get grossed out by injuries, but there's just something a bit odd about seeing photos of various blogger's wounds. Surely, there are more interesting things to look at than pics of my bloody palm or anyone else's.
