Interesting humor blog: The Banterist. Looks like fun.
When I started doing the mood icons, after Unky Moods went away, I was only going to do a few. But I got a bit addicted to making them, and now I want to redo many of them with better clipart and using what I've learned about Photoshop since making those early ones. And I was wondering if anyone would be interested in having a set when I'm done or as I get them done. I could put them together and email them. Just a thought.
It's a Friday night, nothing on TV, the wind's howling outside, and I'm sitting here clicking numbers on BlogExplosion. *sigh* I lead such an exciting life.
Weird few minutes on phone reference duty. Guy calls, very friendly, says "Hi, there, it's Henry." Like I'm supposed to know who he is. So I ask, "Is that your first name or last name?" We establish it's his first. He gives me his last name, too fast for me to catch it. I ask a few more questions and he finally decides to tell me why he called. He wants to speak to a staff member and seems disappointed that I didn't grasp this from the start. I transfer the call and the phone rings almost instantly after. A patron is calling. His name? Henry F. Moments like that give me pause.
