Depending on one's monitor and settings, the sidebar here might sometimes slip down the page due to very long referring URLs. I really love the referrals feature in the sidebar. They should drop off after 24 hours. I don't want to remove the feature. Sorry for any inconvenience, and with luck, I'm the only one having the problem. Fussing with the templates seems to be becoming a full-time job and I already have one of those.

I know what you mean about the sidebar, blogger said third party stuff contributed to a slow download time when I emailed them, so I took some stuff off. But I have spent WAY too much time fussing with my template, which is very temperamental sometimes!

ReplyDeleteI get the comments posted fairly quickly, all things considered, when I'm home on the cable modem. When I'm at work, on a T1 line, it takes much longer, probably because I have to go thru the library's network.
As for fussing with the templates, that's more my fault than Blogger's. I'm just never satisfied and keep finding things to add. And tonight, I'll probably kill an hour or two trying to move the content section more to the left to leave more room for the sidebar on the right to expand. And with me, that will take a lot of trial and error to find the right bit of code. I really need to take an html class, maybe next year. :)
