I spotted boxes of
Duncan Hines Simple Mornings Triple Chocolate Chunk Muffin Mix at the grocery store and had to try them. And I'm happy to report that they're reasonably moist, very chocolatey muffins with real chocolate chips, as well as easy to make. You can make 6 giant muffins, a dozen medium size (which I made), or 36 mini muffins. They make a good breakfast treat.
